SERVICES WE OFFER

  • An audit trail highlights details or uncovers missing information from the medical records. Are you prepared for trial if you don’t have all the information? Let me help!

  • The legal nurse consultant plays a critical role in assessing the adequacy of informed consent procedures and identifying any deficiencies or deviations from accepted standards such as lack of appropriate interpretation services, considerations for health literacy of patients, or insuring an unmedicated conversation.

  • Medical jargon can be difficult to interpret. You need an expert to hone in on the details of the case. Let us comb through your records and determine whether or not the standard of care was met.

  • Let us condense the medical records into an easy to follow factual timeline of what really happened. We will provide you with our expert opinion based on the facts, policies and standards of care.

  • Gaps occur when policies or procedures arent utilized and followed. M.E. Legal Nurse Consultants know how to find hospital policies and will determine if care was appropriate.

  • Including maternal history, course of labor, delivery details, placental issues, medication administration, and fetal surveillance, the perinatal chart review can offer as much insight into the case as the labor and delivery record.

  • M.E. Legal Nurse Consulting offers expert testimony at deposition and trial.
